Every month in RT (Real Time) is a year in GT (Game Time). This means that at the end of this month we will progress a year and all your characters will be - yes, you guessed it - a year older! Also, population change will then be made, and Rulers will have to modify their population/army posts to account for this.
This point is the only time when Rulers are allowed to modify their army posts without previously making a post suggesting, for instance, that they can raise a larger army from conscripts if the need arises.
